About Our 2008 Vidal Blanc -
2008 Vidal Blanc is a French - American Hybrid Variety. What does that mean exactly? This grape variety is the product of crossing other varieties of grapes. The final product speaks volumes about this hybrid process. Vidal Blanc is cold climate hardy and still produces higher sugar levels in the grapes along with good acidity. Our '08 Vidal Blanc recieved 1st place Gold at the Dixie Classic Fair in Winston Salem, NC. Semi-dry with clean citrusy notes.
