Daniel Vineyards Blackberry Wine Cake Recipe Cake Ingredients: 1 box of white cake mix 4 eggs 1 cup of Daniel Vineyards Blackberry Wine 1 box (3oz) of blackberry or blackcherry Jello 1/2 cup of oil 1/2 cup of chopped pecans Directions: Grease and flour bundt pan. Sprinkle nuts on the bottom of the pan. In a large sized bowl stir cake mix and jello add eggs, oil, and wine. Pour into pan and bake 30 to 40 minutes @ 350 degrees (oven temps vary) Glaze Ingredients: 1 cup of powdered sugar 1/2 cup of butter 1/2 cup of Daniel Vineyards Blackberry Wine Directions: Mix all ingredients for glaze. Bring to a boil and pour half over warm cake. Set 30 minutes and pour the rest over finished cake.

Mulled Wine
1/2 Cup Water Simmer (not boil) water, sugar, cinnamon and cloves for 10 minutes. 1/2 Cup Sugar Add wine. Peel orange and lemon, adding the peels to mixture. 1 orange Let sit for one hour (very low heat), strain and serve warm. ENJOY! 1 lemon 2 Sticks of Cinnamon 6 Cloves 1 Bottle '08 St. Vincent
