My fiance and I decided to register with Bed Bath and Beyond for our upcoming wedding and we have really been wowed with the whole process. We have had two appointments at this location with Suzanne and she has gone over and beyond pun intended, lol any expectations we had going into all of this. We would have been lost without her! She really knows her stuff and is so very patient with any and all questions we had. We learned so much from her, like did you know the difference between German made versus Japanese made knives?? We sure didnt but we do now! Do yourself a favor and register with them! B B and Beyond have sloped in customer service I was searching for a juicer, found one I liked and went to counter to pay. Apparently it was stocked in the wrong place and the price was a bit higher. They called for a price adjustment and a man met me there. He was super rude. I asked to get the one at the price that they had stocked it at and he laughed and said thats not going to happen. I asked to talk to the manager and he says I am the manager absolutely terrible experience especially if youre the manager. Terrible customer experience. Steam Iron purchased here only a few months ago died. The irons on display were not the ones in the boxes below. No, not in inventory either. Man just walked away after giving me the news. No other offer for help. Limited options only 4 manufacturers. Only 3 on shelf Had to go find price check machine by myself. I was at bed bath and beyond today looking for new bathroom shower curtains, carpets and towels. Allison went above and beyond excellent customer service that she gave me today. Thank you Allison, you made my day! I purchased two Brookstone pillows – one infused with lavender and the other infused with cbd oil to calm. I tore the boxes open eagerly when I got home, and wondered why they werent colored like the ones in the picture on the boxes. The lavender pillow reeked of something like spearmint gum, and the cbd pillow was lumpy, zippered, and filled with something that looked like a bag full of foam pieces in different colors. No scent. No tags, and the boxes were both taped clean shut when I purchased them, which I did only because they were on sale, because they would have been ridiculously overpriced for the low loft and visibly different look than what the picture belied. I took my non-Brookstone since I was now convinced theyd resold a returned item of some sort and that was why they looked nothing like their advertised counterparts online or on the box itself pillows out of the boxes after waiting for almost 20 minutes in line while a single harried worker was checking out a growing line of upset customers, and promptly asked for a manager, explaining what happened and showing her the boxes and the pillows that had come from inside them. I could barely breathe from the noxious spearmint smell, but after inspecting them and looking at my receipt, which matched and were within the parameters of their return policy the manager said they couldnt be returned. I was completely dumbstruck. It had been less than two days. I had my receipt.
